RETURN & EXCHANGE
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
If you want to return or exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery, with details of the products and a brief description of the reason for return or exchange, such as defective product, exchange for other size or color, etc.
The item must be returned in its original condition. Please ship the item back in the original packaging within 14 days of deliver with receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is not return in its original condition or if 14 days or more have passed since the delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return or exchange. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you are entitled to an exchange, we will send you a replacement product.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchange for:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
